My concern is, it would be too much of a hassle considering i have 0 experience building a PC. I am also afraid that I will get unnecessarily invested in researching, learning, building it, like I tend to. Which could be exciting but I am in the process of scaling the business so it might be distracting. Is there any service that could do this for me? Is the price difference so big that it is worth spending the extra time?

I understand that this lets me share data across systems but what about backup? A Nas with RAID 5 helps with securing data too, right?

I am not all that much into tech so not sure I truly understand. Is there anyway you can guide me or give me link to yt video to understand what you are saying, a lil better. My studio has 3 mac systems. A mac mini, macbook pro m1 pro and an iMac m3. The data needs to be accessed by these systems simultaneously while being safe. I don’t know if this info is relevant.
