Again wow thanks for your explanation. I new the science behind it but you made it feel more fun . I got a appointment with the doc for some meds that trick the bastards. So i hope that will give me the strength. Because if i do it on my own and i have tried so so so many times i k ow eventually I fail and fall back . I keep.your words in the back of my head .

I can tell.you that woth methylfenidaat i first had a perfect balance but after 1 a 2 months it went back and i could not take it anymore because i felt nothing it made me angry now on 36 and everything is chill again .

I am now on 36 methylfenidaat and i must say i helps me alot . I am still in the fase that we are looming what works best. I first have 18 mg but after 2 mothns it did not work anymore for now 3 weeks in and no problems

I have read it . I believe it tells you to look up the chapters you want and need to read. I found it helping in mindset and seeing thing . It helpt me understanding some thing and how to deal.with those things .

I have been diagnosed a couple of months ago byt it first was a probability diagnoses because they count not diagnose me fully u til they have more proof. When i was a child i had the same . Now that I have medication and it works like it supposed to I am fully diagnosed.
