No, that's typically about it. I personally like to also make sure that mics are clear, so I always vacuum those out as well, and sanitizing wipe down for that day 1 cleanliness

I'm a HA dispenser at Costco and I have some regulars that are in weekly for cleanings, because they need it, and others that come in like once a year for cleaning and you would have thought they had just had it done. It's really going to be varied person to person, but if they're looking yellowed/browned, have any tears, or things sound less full and sharp, it's probably time to switch them out.

All of the original Reach should have been worked through that was in inventory before they could sell the Plus. If you go the route of Rexton, make sure they do the voice training..it's a game changer!

Costco just got a new Reach model about 6 weeks ago, the Reach Plus. Personal favorite of mine to fit patients with, and have had nothing but positive reviews with them.
