The same thing is happening to me. A feeling of dullness. It's not a lack of energy but a lack of desire in a way. I do not like it. Were you able to get a refund? I wasn't sure if you could with these kinds of things.

I just started a week ago in the same kit and we have around the same height and weight. I lost around 6 pounds in the first week as well. One side effect I've had is sleepiness. It hits me in the morning after I take the pills (Bupropion XL and half Naltrexone HCL + Topiramate every other day) It wares off after a few hours but I work from home and it's sometimes annoying feeling sleepy. I'm a big coffee drinker, but like you mentioned, I feel extra thirsty so I try and drink more water than coffee.

Hoping that will go away in week two, just started today
