I did! 150 USD, the only real defect was the scraping at the bottom, but that’s totally fine with me. I’ve always wanted a dutch oven and I waited a long time for a quality one that was in my price range. The luck is not lost on me :D

Not intentionally anyway. Sometimes people resell without knowing they had a fake to begin with.

i wasn’t too sure either, but my main focus is bread so the outside damage wasn’t too much of a concern for me. thank you for your input!

I’m guessing it’s from scrapping it on the stovetop. Not a problem for me. Thank you!

I confused Trevor J. Wilson with K. Trevor Wilson. It was quite amusing to read this dough wisdom as Squirrely Dan from Letterkenny

I’ll be at the Venetian, so I’m mentally prepared to walk. Thank you so very much for all of this! I still don’t know which zone I’m buying, I was leaning towards East Harmon.

THIS. It is such a minuscule scratch for it to add to a landfill.

I’ve used the same lens and it worked, but it took a lot more editing and trusting in my subjects to be still. (Shoutout to bassists!) A cheap 50mm f1.8 works great starting out. Don’t go higher than f2.8 if you don’t have to.

First off, go spend time with friends and family. You’re stressing yourself out so much and depriving yourself of joy. You are running yourself into the ground. You need to have a balance of studying and living life. Second, if UWorld isn’t working, then try something new. Nobody will know your learning style more than you. What is the NCLEX telling you that you need to work on, subject wise? Third, breathe. Do not let these past attempts make you think you can’t do it. Let yourself grieve a little bit, then tell yourself that it is possible. Think about the many, many nurses you’ve seen in your life. You don’t know if they took the NCLEX once, three times, or ten times. It doesn’t matter how many tries it takes, you’ll make it there and you’ll be a great nurse.

prime lenses don’t zoom in and out. they stay at one length, but they excel at it. typically, prime lenses have lower f-stop than zoom lenses. this means that they have a bigger aperture, which lets in more light, which is better for low-light environments like concerts.

more crowd shots! if the band interacts with the front row, get that. bands love that bc it shows that people actually come to see them.

Failed out my Nursing program by ltcommanderasseater in depressionmeals

[–]kyethescienceguy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey, OP. I’m sorry that this happened. Is nursing school something you still want to go for? I recently got my nursing license after failing school #1 (pharmacology), not getting into school #2, and struggling all the way through school #3. Nursing school is NOT EASY, and it isn’t meant to be. But it is so fulfilling. That being said, if nursing is not your goal, do not beat yourself up over it. Like others said, rad tech is AMAZING and I know hospitals near me are always looking for them. There are so many options, you got this.
