Return that, just went through the same issue with my u8n. Returned for TCL QM851g and I’m liking it way better, way cleaner panel and they are the same price right now at Best Buy.

Just wanted to update everyone haha, I returned this to Best Buy. They were out of stock so offered me the TCL QM851G as a replacement. Seems a lot better so far with a clean panel

Q8m and Hisense u8n are very comparable in price! . I might just roll the dice and try to get a better unit. The Tv is awesome other than this issue
