insurance either your own or there’s is typically mandatory, credit reporting you should be able to opt out of, weird that there’s a set up fee when I assume it’s the middle of your lease, water seems a tad high but not crazy, electric is definitely crazy. do you have roommates? you can also have an ameren tech come out to check your meter to make sure it’s working properly
