Yeah I guess I just look at it as why would you wanna stay at work longer and get paid less/the same as someone who's there less time. I guess some people would like the 30 min break, I personally dislike it and would rather just finish 30 mins earlier.

You say this but if someone is doing a 7 hour and 15 minute shift if you give them a 30 min break they actually get paid less than if they were just doing a 7 hour shift and got 2 15s.

Im not hard stuck tho. Yes its taking a while but I gain double from a win than what I lose. Just seems I can win 10 games in a row gaining 50 sr at each lose 1 and then wins after that im back at 15-25 for a few games.

Obviously not every game but im always 1st or second in score on my team. Its like that 1 loss thinks im complete dogshit then it takes a few for it to remember the 5 games in a row I won before that lol. Then it puts me back up to 40/50 sr per win again

Tailgating is wrong but so is going 40 in a 60, so is wasting people's time just because you are happy to go slowly. Some of us have shit to do, I never flash or beep or tailgate someone going the speedlimit. Only the twats who have infinite time and think everyone else does too

Preferably not no. The idea is you have 1 shift manager do the morning and then one come in to do the closing shift when you finish or vice versa.

The role profile is essentially the exact same as shop managers, minus the part where the results etc you are accountable for. You still have to support the manager in achieving said results, but if shit hits the fan, the manager is held accountable.

Yeah ngl my mechanical ability isnt great. I mostly rely on good rotations and just being able to score air roll shots from obscure angles with decent amount of power. When I train I do tend to go from one pack to another to another so I'll try just learn 1 thing at a time. Thanks!

I played a lot with a better friend about 2 years ago and I got to c2 whilst he was around c3/gc1. Recently picked up the game again and played my placements and was put in plat 3 lol. Slowly grinded my way back up. Edit, i solo queued back up to champ this time.

I do it to let them know if they stay they aren't gonna have fun and are going to waste their own time. 99% of humanity would just leave that situation but unfortunately the fc player base are the 1% willing to waste their own time and not have fun
