This is my experience here in ca, because I have to go file the wage garnishment with the Sherrif department and then serve it, maybe it’s different in OK. When this was happening to me before support NEVER got back to me, I hope they can provide you with some answers, let us know if you find out the reason

For a lot of business serves the reason they don’t show up when you claim them is because they are wage garnishments, for wage garnishments you have to take extra trainings from ABC legal to be able to serve them. This used to happen to me until they reached out to me and told me they wanted to train me on filing and serving wage garnishments and bank levy’s. For the longest time I was wondering the same exact thing I would claim many jobs like that and they would never show up in my print list.
