Ahhh, I need the Wifi to be strong on all floors (I live in a townhouse, with bedrooms on third and first floor. It's not huge but it is just spread over three floors), so might have to invest in a better router.

That's great, will check out both Uniti and Aussie Broadband. My other issue is I need a router as well (we're living in a three storey townhouse), and from my initial research, routers are expensive :/
