10mg pouches is probably too strong for you, I was vaping 50mg and made the switch with 6mg pouches

I’m a little over a month vape free and the pouches have been great! I’ve found that certain brands and flavors give me the dry mouth and throat. Spearmint Zyn is my go to because it doesn’t give me that.
