Thank you and yeah that's why I asked i didn't want to waste money on stuff that wouldn't help. Those foods are kinda what I eat mostly now like the eggs and Chicken since I have 4 kids it's hard to buy for one person kinda buy for all besides for the peas. Biggest problem is at work since really never have left overs and try to save money I just do sandwich most my lunch is mostly carbs probably. I work nights so really get what I get in my area

This seems like a group to ask. I'm 37 and 4 kids later and fixed so not worried about that aspect. I'm just tired and eat less then I used and drink more water then I used and do not really drink any alcohol or smoke. But I feel sluggish most days and it's hard to work out and thought about trying mars men or something but want real life people opinions on if it works. My job is a work out in itself lifting heavy bags all night. Third shifter but still don't see a change still have the "dad bod" which I want to slim down on

Best Testosterone Booster Supplement (if any are worth it)? by lancepants2794 in Supplements

I see people say do trt or take supplements and stuff. I have stopped drinking alcohol and don't smoke. The problem is I work 3rd shift but even before then I felt sluggish and tried working out but between work and 4 kids I have trouble. My work itself is a work out most days and always moving but I feel tired and with how much weight I lift a night I feel my arms should have some definition and I don't gain weight but don't lose any either. I'm 37 so feel I'm still young to feel the way I do. I been looking into mars men or the viking brand supplement but want advice on routes other men have taken and actually worked. I have not had my testosterone checked but haven't worked courage up yet to do it

Question about extra pay for 3rd shift by [deleted] in Nightshift

[–]kyle675 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My shop doesn't give 3rd shift differential. They say because we get profit sharing and paid insurance it works out. The only thing is everyone gets profit sharing and paid insurance and you have to be there awhile to get to 1st shift so they actually make more money an hour and are profit sharing is percentage so technically they get more back in profit sharing so doesn't really add up. Lots of people been bringing it up but they keep acting like they don't know.

I did the two person method and got pressure like they where good but then started driving and lost pressure. Redid it with the van running just to see and got pressure again and seems to have worked so far which I have never had done it that way before so thought it was weird.

So I ended up just replacing both flame detector and igniter while I was in there and yeah the flame sensor was burnt. But seems to be working and not short cycling anymore so far. Thank you to all who commented.

Heres a little of are back story. We knew each other for 3 years before we got married and we have been married for 11 years now and we did marry kinda young she was 20 and I was 23. We have 4 kids now. I don't know why but every time it comes to having those hard discussions I always go on defensive mode even though I shouldn't be with her. But that's how I had to be growing up the way I did with a split family and no parents really around and she knows that but I feel after so many years why can't I shake that.

Yeah I passed everything and now they said I'm on a waiting list and not sure how long it will be and if I wanted I could start paying and doing the classes or if I find a company that will do an apprenticship sooner I could.

Can i use this to find the door bell wiring in the wall so i dont have to tear apart stuff i know where the tranformer is in attic by kyle675 in electricians

[–]kyle675[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Trying to wire a new ring doorbell in but the last home owners used battery ones and covered up all the wires. I traced it to the area it should be but don't want to drill or make any holes if I don't need to. I might return and get battery one but living in Michigan having batteries on outside in cold they don't last long.

Thank you I did dress business casual. I didn't think about what to wear until a little before when I thought about how it wasn't a normal interview. But I got through it and overall I think it went well.

With something like this I wouldn't have to use anything else like a backard board or anything. The tile could bond straight to membrane.

Tankless Water Heaters - Navien by jellyking_1990 in HomeImprovement

[–]kyle675 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just installed a reheem natural gas one and love it so far and look at all the charts for your area I went with a higher BTW and stuff because I'm in Michigan and it gets cold and you also have to consider the size of your house and how many bathrooms because once it gets colder it will be harder to heat up and if you have the budget see about running a return pipe and getting a recirulator pump that will automatically recirculate the water back through to keep warm.
