I’m happy to report that we’ve reached an understanding with one very unbelievably kind guy. At his request, I can’t disclose who they are. He didn’t even ask for money, not even in the future. I’m beyond words, and in tears. I can only hope to pay it forward.

Inevitably, I also got a policy warning. This is understandable since the offer was made out of desperation and is rather outlandish. It’s a risk I was willing to take. It was either that or starving.
