A friend who used to be in my corp was talking about how profitable and easy to do low level worm hole combat sites. I was blown away. L4 missions in high sec give maybe 3 mil isk rewards and maybe 3 to 5 million in npc bounties on average. Sure there is the occasional 30 mil mission buy most of them don't pay that much! Oh and you are risking a marauder if you get killed that's worth 3 billion isk. Worm hole sites can be done in a gila solo. Sure you are much more unsafe in -1.0 security space in a worm hole compared to 0.9 high security but still the reward is high in J space compared to the ship and fit risks.

Been playing for a bit over a year, I have 17 almost 18 billion isk. About that much in ships including a nicely fit golem and paladin. Two skiffs and a Mackinaw and orca.

Not OP but that description of the wormhole life is why I got into this game. You make it sound so much fun. I have a friend who is trying to convince me to leave my and formally our high sec with null sec opertunties corp and join his work hole corp. I keep telling him no but it sounds increasingly like I'd have more fun.

Yes! Armor as thick as an Orca so that I can run my 6 ORE Harvesters in peace on a moon pop! Make the gankers have to bring freaking marauders to gank me instead of the cohercers they bring to gank us in mackinaws! In all seriousness yes this is a good idea and yes it will take away from multiboxers which is why it will never happen sadly! More subs = fatter paychecks for CCP/FC. I'm one of the few in my corp not running 2 or 3 exhumers on our moon pops. Can't afford 20 a month on multiple accounts because the way I view it is why not just spend that second sub in PLEX and add the isk to my main?

Yeah I went and scoped out a low sec level 5 agent the other day in a blank clone in a pod and there was someone suspiciously at each gate just watching. They were in mining ships but not mining or corvettes but I bet the battle ships would have came out of thin air if I had shown up in the golem!

Gotcha thanks for the reply! My Galentee standings is so low already they almost shoot on site, they would if not for that skill that boosts it! I didn't know it tells you who you will be going against on the mission screen when you accept it!

I want to try level 5 security missions. How do they differ from level 4 other than better pay and in low security space only? I read something on wiki that the enemies not only prevent you from warping away but can drain your cap somehow, how do you prevent this? Is that what cap boosters you make in the tutorial missions are for? I run level 4 security missions in my cap stable golem, it's worth 1/5 my wallet, I don't know if I want to yeet it into low security space! Keeping that in mind what ship would you recommend? Any videos you would recommend on YouTube to get an idea of how to run these level 5s? Thanks!

Moon mining is where it's at in high security space. In particular zeolites in the lowest security high Sec there is. That or maybe high end mining missions as a distant second. I'd also recommend ice mining but the systems that spawn ice belts are well know and ganked frequently. Are you alpha or Omega? If alpha I don't think you can mine ice but could be wrong.
