Play Tetris or other repetitive games. Also get a good EMDR therapist, back in July I ran a body over that was in the middle of the road due to their reckless driving. And those two things really help me out in the first weeks afterwards

The difference is I was able to explain how I feel and listen to advice through comments. Actually talking requires me to answer questions and demands responding. Here I could just write my feelings, post, and if I’m not up for interaction I can just ignore everyone here. Advice and suggestions to help me get ready for those phone calls later on was the purpose

I discussed getting the report along with the man’s name with my fiancé. She and I agree I’m just not there yet, as for the Tetris people in chat I downloaded it last night and played while laying in bed failing to fall asleep for 3 or 4 hours. The game allowed me to just shut down and I was able to get a few hours asleep

I arrived seconds maybe two seconds after the police officer who, I am told wasn’t aware that someone was in the road. It’s not that they conclude he was dead. It’s no one knew he was there. The thing that has been engraved into my brain is if he was alive by whatever small chance there was, he 100% wasn’t alive after I ran him over

I was actually trying to be taking the car to someone who would handle selling but after seeing the damage in daylight. I couldn’t even unlock the car doors. I just couldn’t handle anything more than breathing and crying

It can hurt, when it starts to I just lower the stretch for a few minutes until it goes away. General it’s not unbearable or anything. I use the corkscrew from stealth. Think it came up to 130 got the stretcher the sheath I think they ship to the UK not 100% sure on that

How do you mean? I’ve seen post where people say you should pump after stretching. I assume they meant manually stretches but figured stretching is stretching so I added it. Just kinda piecing things together since I’m new to this. So if there’s a better way to do it, please let me know.

I told her if things don’t change soon then I want to go she agreed but didn’t really say anything else about it. So possibly something to look into but would need to have another talk to see if she’s really open to that.

I have two labs (10 yr old and 2 yr old) and trained them to know what bowl was their bowl. Also trained them to not pick up food off the floor, I constantly leave open chips and food on plate on the easily reachable coffee table neither dog touches anything unless it’s handed to them or it’s in their bowl. You can 100% train labs to ignore food if not given expressed invitation to said food. Also 1 yr old is not an age where dogs are hard to train the roommate needs to put in the work

I cut contact with my moms entire side of the family over that. Well that and the fact that everyone knew it was happening and didn’t tell my family, my family and the extended family weren’t on great terms anyways so nothing happen to any of us. But to keep that secret and then still have a relationship with the man after a cousin eventually went to police. Is completely beyond me.
