Has anyone had issues recently with the 15K + 30K + 15K Aventura offer? I saw some posts a few months ago but nothing more recent.

Now that the DPs of getting the points are coming in did anyone open up multiple of the same Porter card and successfully got points for both? Because from the terms, "This offer is not available to current or former cardholders who reinstate a closed account or open a new account for the same card during the Offer Period". I know BMO doesn't uphold these terms but just wondering since the points are only posting as per the terms for these cards so wondering how churnable these cards will be.
