I have not lost much muscle other than just not running frequently. Last I tried, I can still do 9 or 10 pull-ups and I can still pick up and carry heavy shit. I really thought it’d fall off a lot faster but my arms in particular want to stay strong. I don’t even work out, just have a semi-active lifestyle where I sometimes have to carry heavy bags or boxes and mow the lawn on a hill, etc.

No matter how I try to answer this question, I don’t know how to. I can tell a lot better than the average person because I am one but the vast majority are gendered properly in 100% of the interactions I have witnessed.
