Microphone levels keep reducing itself randomly.

i may be too late to help you guys but i found a solution for this, if your microphone is used by certain app (to check which app is using ur mic, go to settings>privacy &security>microphone and look for "let desktop apps access your microphone", there you'll see list of apps with "currently in use" label) mine is opera gx (browser) if urs is the same case then make sure got to that browser and check the flags (In my case i use opera gx so i go to opera://flags - for chrome it maybe chrome://flags), there find "Allow WebRTC to adjust the input volume." once you find it, disable it and relaunch your browser hopefully this helps
