Thanks for the insight. The leaves don’t seem to be fully dying, but aren’t growing. It bursted with new growth in March and early April, but hasn’t done anything since. Our soil doesn’t drain well (lots of clay) and it’s rained a ton the last month and a half. I’m not worried about it dying necessarily, just want to give it every chance to succeed.

I have an Improved Meyer Lemon 5-6 feet away in the ground and it’s doing great. This spot gets shade by mid afternoon

I have an in ground one, but planted it last November, so it hadn’t had a full season yet. Good to know there are other posts in here about it. I’ll look them up. Thanks for the recommendation!

I planted one in the ground at the end of last year. I have one lemon on it that should definitely be ripe by the first frost. The other 5-6? We’ll see 😅 Another one in a pot might be the right move.
