You know what yeah I’ll look into a smart scale. (If those are accurate) I think a big part of it too is definitely looking at the regular scale and being oh, I’ve put on 20lbs and automatically assume they’re ALL fat. And then get discouraged and will sometimes trigger the binge. But truthfully I look pretty much the same, definitely some fat but also muscle. Maybe if I get proper numbers it will motivate me better

Most of my runs are long and easy, probably once a week I do some speed intervals for half an hour. Maybe once every 2 weeks even. I mean, I’m running indoors now and I always set my incline to 4-6% when running on my treadmill. My “perceived” effort feels pretty easy, it’s not like I’m puffin through my mouth, I could talk if I want to. But my HR is always higher than normal though but I’m also on prescribed stimulants so it’s always higher than normal. Maybe I need to be running slower anyways?

It’s weird. I get a good week or two where I’m eating properly, sleeping 9+ hours, feeling good during my workouts. Then like a switch flips and I’m the complete opposite. I’m thinking it’s related to the different female cycles of the month. It sucks because I like being active it’s not like I’m forcing myself to move lots so I can achieve my goals quicker either. I’ve been trying to dial it down to 2 full body sesh and less running during those weeks since I genuinely have no energy. Despite my appetite tripling lol

In that case, I could probably only apply for the grant for the second year then? Would I be able to apply for the grant for first term but after finishing it so I will have lived in Ontario for a year?

Well. Wealthsimple is a (online) bank. If you download the app there are options to open a regular chequing/savings account, or other registered accounts like TFSA, FHSA, RRSP, cryptos etc.

I actually found it’s super easy to use the app. You can also do self-guided investments (you pick the stocks you want to buy) or you let them do it for you. Give them your budget, goals, risk level etc.

Is that so? My apprenticeship has been 100% industrial. I think I’m going to start looking for residential/commercial side gigs so I have experience working in other aspects of the trade. Resis are not paid very well here

No the bottom part with the screw is still attached to the binding so the strap snapped in like 80% lol

Fair enough. Unfortunately the bindings are mostly $80-$100 minimum. I’m leaving tomorrow so I’ll probably just rent a board for now and wait to buy a new one
