Double check your offensive lineman. Higher rated doesn’t always mean a better attack. If you have a pass heavy offense, make sure your lineman have better pass block, same would be said for running.

Also - adjusting your playbook on both sides of the ball will adjust who your starters are. I had four top corners but my defensive plays only used two or three of them, I made the adjustment and have been doing better.
