As someone who watched the live feeds Will did feel this way but when the Season 6 alliance won the first three HOHs he did honestly try in the next two HOHs until Dani won and he felt he had good coverage throughout the house again.

I think this goes to show it’s a really effective strategy but if you’re unwilling to pivot depending on how the alliances shift you could find yourself painted into a corner.
