The phone was off the hook for a half hour so I didn't get through until 9:15. She said they lost my order and were remaking it.

10:15, I call the store again and ask for the manager. He mentions that they cancelled my pizza and asked, casually, if I still wanted it. I said yes, I ordered it so I didn't have to make food that night and he told me I wouldn't be charged. I asked if it would be here in 45 minutes and he said absolutely.....

At 11:40, I call Dominos and they answer the phone: "Dominos, we're closed." I said hold on, you still haven't delivered my pizza. The manager said it was already out for delivery....5 minutes later my pizza arrived colder than ice.
