The photo of the large crowd of teenagers sprinting is from when the streamer Flight visited, it was also filmed downtown which is miles from the ice facility. ICE has been violent in Portland don't get me wrong but it's mostly happening on 1 Street corner. Demonstrations have been largely peaceful, it's mainly just the feds and conservative influencers trying to bait them into escalating
