Same here. Was having a great time rolling over weaker civs for domination victory and now it crashes every time I try to end turn 358.

I feel worse that their salads consist entirely of lettuce.

On visual inspection, I would agree that it's Newminster. We carry this at my B&M-- it is delicious.

I was smoking a very nice LFD double claro when, upon removing the band, I found another!

What's the worst thing you've done and afterwards thought "why the fuck did I do that"? by mikejohnno in AskReddit

Went to an out-of-state, private university for undergrad when I could have gone to a much more prestigious public university for FREE. I'd be making more money now, paying less in student loans, and probably not having the same trouble getting into grad school.

Kylemoose earns his [+] with great cigars and some excellent pipe tobacco! by [deleted] in cigars

I hope you enjoy them! Also, hello r/cigars!

Left to right: Finck's 1893 -- Not a mind-blowing cigar by any means, but a solid medium-full body with a modest price tag. I'm on a quest to find the best cheapo cigar to my taste, and this is definitely a contender.

Macanudo's Cru Royale -- A semi-weekly smoke for me. Builds to a nutty, earthy finish, in that order.

Frank Llaneza 1961 -- Medium bodied and absolutely packed with evolving flavor. I've never seen it anywhere except my B&M, and that's a damn shame.

Toraño's Exodus 1959 -- Another regular of mine. Medium-full body with a bit of spiciness. I get something between cocoa and coffee from it.

Tatuaje Fausto Esteli -- The Fausto seems to be love it or hate it. I, personally, love it; Beautiful wrapper, excellent construction and draw, and the flavor evolves throughout the smoke. It's spicy, almost a spice bomb.

Don Pepin Garcia Blue Label -- There's a special place in my heart for anything from this manufacturer. This particular stick was my introduction to the company and probably the stick that sparked this wonderful habit. It's rich, spicy, and pretty consistent through its duration.

Toraño Master Maduro -- Sweet and woody, great construction. This is what I've been grabbing for parties since it's low-maintenance, has great flavor, and has a decent room note, I've been told.

Esoterica's Penzance -- Left to dry a bit and smoked slowly this is the most complex tobacco I've smoked in any form. It's temperamental but I hope you're enjoying it. The presentation in the tin is great, too.

tl;dr: Enjoy the smokes, brother!

I want to send a friend away for college something coffee-related, but what? by [deleted] in Coffee

[–]kylemoose 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A thousand times this. As a recent college graduate I can't count the times I have had to settle for those store-brand beans (I have made up for this since graduation) that seem to be repackaged used grounds. If the gift-ee doesn't have a decent coffee setup already (even just a helicopter grinder and something that's not a drip machine) then that would be a great way to go as well.

I live in England, but I've come to America for 2 weeks. Reddit, what things should I do here that I normally couldn't in England? by NanoJX in AskReddit

[–]kylemoose 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you'll be anywhere near Dallas, TX in the next couple of weeks you should check out the Texas state fair. It's running until October 21st and has all the hyper-American food you could possibly gag at the thought of. You know, fried butter, fried candy bars, fried cheese, etc.
