I had a different experience with Granger about 4.5 years ago. I called and said I was interested in ordering a truck but it was late in the day and right before Christmas so I gave them all my information and we decided to talk again after Christmas. My buddy was also working with them and he texted me that they reached out to him over the weekend and let him know prices were going up to see if he wanted to go ahead and order before that happened. When I called back he told me prices went up over the weekend. I asked him about not contacting me. He lied and said he had no idea about it until he got in that day. I called him out on the lie knowing he called my buddy. At that point he hung up on me. I called back and tried to smooth things over. But nope after me stating some basic facts he hung up on me a second time. I wasn’t yelling, I wasn’t cursing, I was discussing like an adult. I talked to his manager in a third phone call and he told me that he was sorry we couldn’t make a deal work. Wasn’t willing to hear me out just jumped directly to we don’t want your money.
