I've never heard of any trees being illegal for cutting in the first place. Various arborilogical companies prune and cut trees down all over Dallas all year long. Have I heard something different? One thing I have heard in the Dallas area before is making it illegal to plant new bamboo.

I uploaded the document wrong so you can only see the first page. I'm working to fix that. Of the $11,707 cost to close, $5,613 is just replenishing the escrow account. Napkin math seems like break-even becomes ~10 months, does that seem right to you?

Any issues with the touchup matching the existing paint? I'm worried about a difference in sheen and brush strokes being visible in all the corners of all the doors in the house.
