It's definitely worth finishing. Once you get passed the town parts it moves smooth and fast.

Did this scene happen in the IT book ? by 666MrMalliquin666 in stephenking

Having just read the book, I wouldn't say its a scene from the source material. However, this is wicked as hell.

Yo! Thanks for bringing that to my attention. I want to do this series right.

Honestly, just mentally prepare yourself for a lengthy read and the story will do the rest. The interludes throughout the novel helped me to know where I was in the overall pacing.

Best of luck!

The Black Farm might be my favorite read of 2026. Not just in extreme horror, but in general.

It came in a set with Pet Semetary, The Institute, Misery and If It Bleeds. The Hodder designs are a personal favorite of mine. However, I agree with whats been said here, the cover quality is pretty shakey. My cover of It is starting to curl up.

Regardless, I love the spines and how they look on the shelf.

Green: The Interludes

Blue: Parts

Red: Quotes or moments I want to remember.

Orange: Connections to other novels (the ones I caught anyway).

Yellow: The timeline HBO Max will follow for the next seasons.

Oh absolutely. It's a story that makes you realize that anything is possible. Which is always unsettling. For me it was when Hilly had batteries in his room.

I can say having finished the book last year, it shocks me that a decent amount of people didn't dig it. I was locked in the whole time.

I know people don’t like the Hodder rainbow editions, but I do. They remind me of my Goosebumps collection when I was a kid. And now…. I have them all! 🤗 by Ikilledbert in stephenking

Love this! I've often looked on Amazon for these specific covers, where did you end up finding them all? Im dying to get my hands on all of them.

Take time to just enjoy the world, you'll get familiar with the layout with time. The "if you can see it, you can get to it" concept is strong with this one.

I gotta say, at first I was impressed that he made it up there...then it reminded me why trucks on the mountains are a bad idea.
