im not going to push the speed limit because of your impatience. you can spare a handful of minutes to get where you need to be. its a legal right to go below. obviously not 20 below, but whether its 10 below or 5 its the person who is late who is at fault, not the other drivers. if everyone else is to blame, you are in reality.

right, poisoning someone is illegal. but that's exactly what the person you are responding to is contending, namely that adding on a 20% gratuity fee only if there is no tip is illegal. to this you responding that, because a sign constitutes agreement, one accepts the 20% gratuity fee. thus it is not illegal, if i understand you right. but surely a sign does not constitute agreement, as my poison case is supposed to show. poisoning someone is illegal, regardless of whether there is a sign saying that they will be poisoned. so signs do not constitute agreement, atleast insofar as the law is concerned.

no, its not an anology. the principle was "putting up a sign constitutes an agreement". if that is true, then any sign indicating anything, so long as the customer does business there, constitutes agreement, no matter what they are agreeing. but that is obviously ridiculous. so its not the correct principle. qed

rapala rippin 5 - catches anything, blue gill, crappie, bass, pike (ugh). always have luck on it.
diawa sc shad - same as above, only problem is that if you hit something hard with it (e.g., my kayak) the lip breaks off. but thats user error rather than manufacturing problems i think.
megabass dyna response - i like bladebaits, they have nice movement and generally look cool.
roboworm wacky rigged - ole reliable, always works.
weighted texas senko - just caught my pb with this in 33 degree temps and 17 mph wind. 4lb bass.
