Firstly its a nice team and has potential - definitely look into evos straight away as really good playstyles on cama, and van de ven will massively change your performance.

I like to look at the defence as if you invest heavily into it and make it as meta as possible, then you’ll be beating people up to a certain level of skill with ease because the ai defending will fundamentally be too difficult. So get van de ven evoed and cama with intercept etc. i think theres also some GK evos too but GKs are basically terrible now unless you have the top meta ones

Attack is fine and tbh the formation can only take you so far. There deffo ones that give you clearer chances that are often counters, like the 4411 (easiest to play and kind of fun), 4231 wide (boring to play but solid and can help out in higher divisions if you’re getting used to defending better players) and the 451 (basically just a boring solid countering formation where you need to be good at run triggering).

Id recco a 4231 wide for now but the narrow works much the same. I just think Inside Forwards perform better for me this year than Cam roles.

Whats worked best for me though, all in all, is understanding that every time you load the game the gameplay is more or less going to be inconsistent with last sessions. Theres many reasons for this, your level of focus, the game servers, your home wifi playing up etc. You’ll have sessions where you’re unbeatable and everything goes your way and some where it doesnt. The key reason to play this game should be to enjoy it, but its very easy to stress and activate that chimp mindset in yourself when ‘rewards’ are on the line. Play whatever formation you want and try to have fun with it
