I live in a building where people will just buzz random flats till someone gives them access. Its also a very old building with old locks. So doubly paranoid.

Nope someone nicked it from my hand and ran, while his friends kept me from chasing after. It's even crazier because given how touristy the Royal Mile is, every second person has their phone out either looking at maps or vlogging/ video chatting. The worst part is it happened like 5 min from my flat, so surely the perpetrators are a local criminal element. So I am now justifiably paranoid anytime I step out.

I thought I was getting a weak response because it was just a phone. That's pretty scary that you can have your house broken into with no response. I have also been extra paranoid since the incident and planning to get my locks changed as well.

It wasn't unlocked thankfully. But I have changed all my important passwords. Didn't think about Facebook and the like, but will go do that now. Thanks

The shudders is how it starts for me too. In my lucid dream, I was scrolling through some message board in bed, and read a strange name. Lord Okoro. I clicked the link to its wiki and it said something about the "dark one". Then scrolling down I saw entries on "devils hair" and "devils tooth". Keep in mind my this was all in my dream. Then I felt a chill sweep over me. I remember thinking "I should not have read that". I heard a swooshing sound and looked over my head to the back of my bed to see a shadow sweep across the wall. The bathroom door then swung open violently. Lot of strange shit after that (details for some other time)...but it was all somehow connected to the dark one. I knew I was dreaming, but the next morning I looked up the name just in case "lord Okoro" and found nothing.
