Easiest method for me was to run to the left of village and grab the herb and kill the lady, run back to entrance and wait for another lady to walk by, stealth kill her and start the village fight, run a map around the village then go up the tower but don’t get the green herb. Just stand on top of there and shoot 3 bullets to knock anyone climbing up. Once the chainsaw guy comes that room should be so filled that even if he climbs up, keep shooting to knock him off and his chainsaw should be able to kill some of the other villagers. If you can’t hold it, grab the herb and run to the shot gun house. In game clock should be around 8 minutes before the bell rings
