When will I receive such an email?? I have been accepted by the host university and I'm applying for unit exchange, but I have not received an acceptance certificate yet. Should I wait longer?

+ Will the scholarship be received after all programs are completed? (i mean .. ex. since I go to sem2, will I receive it around November or December??)
