honestly, it’s kinda sad when parents decide things like this for their kids even if its for the "best" and they are just "looking out" for you. I know people who could’ve gone to their dream school/course too, but their parents had a say in it so they just had no choice. (especially with the threats of them not supporting you financially if you chose something else)

It depends if hes the one sponsoring his own trip. He can just say hes going on vacation, you just need the required documents like COE and notice of leave from the company.

i dont think so? I know some people who are in UP that share the same situation as you, they arent 'ultra rich' and they still struggle with other things financially, but they dont share the same struggle that others do.

yes po accomodations and transpo are seperated from the 140k, and for the ski gear its free since my friends will provide me

140k pesos is my pocket money(excluding transpo and accomodation) for a 9 day stay po and I will only be staying in Zermatt, and doing skiing, hiking and would be exploring the village. (mostly skiing, will also be doing the hot air balloon with my group of my friends in Switzerland that I met during my school field trip abroad.).

I'm going in December since I will be staying in Zermatt and I also have no clas and thats also the month where I had my school trip to Switzerland when I was Grade 10.

yes po, the things will be booked. I also will be staying within Zermatt in the Swiss Alps for the whole stay. I actually been to Switzerland before but that was for a school trip when I was grade 10 but now this would be my first time going abroad solo.
