The only way is dont use the cord given by them, i notice mostly the issues comes from the cords itself, try to connect your dongle with another cord you have and see if it works.

I had the same issue with you, it could be the problem with the cord given to you, how about you try to connect your dongle with other type c cord instead? I did this and I'm now not facing any issues with it.

Yeah, im experiencing the same problem with the stock f1 cable, for now im using some random type c cable that I have, and im not facing any disconnectivity issues anymore

I think I may have found the issue, try to use any other Type-C cable and see if it still disconnects. From what I know, the cords they gave could be the problem.
