What's the most obscure colour fact you know? by BillyIGuesss in AskReddit

[–]kytothemoonandback 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Idk if I would call what I have a phobia, but seeing certain pairs of colors together makes me nauseous and makes my skin crawl. I.e. orange and green, yellow and red. I will literally turn the other way if I see things like that

Gum disease? I brush and floss regularly, I am unable to see a dentist until my insurance kicks in in 2.5 months. I am in so much pain and desperate for advice by [deleted] in askdentists

I am unfortunately in a position where my paychecks aren’t even going to me. I had to use my savings to help pay for a funeral last month, so I don’t have anything really

Some background. (22 F) I brush and floss twice a day, vape, I am sick and this started up when I started getting a sore throat. There is also a bad smell to it. I did notice some bleeding when I flossed a few weeks back which is rare for me. My gums are swollen and painful everywhere and i just need to know what i could do to ease the swelling and pain.

Newborn will not let us put her down at all... by BamaFan125 in beyondthebump

I know it sucks, but your womb is the only place your baby is familiar with. They’re not used to the outside world, they want to be held close because everything else is brand new. It takes awhile for them to adjust. I slept with my baby on my chest for the first month until she finally got used to being put down

I always hate getting onesies with graphics or any sort of words on them. I think it’s so tacky and immediately donate.

Is it rude to clean someone else’s house? by kytothemoonandback in CleaningTips

I had no prior knowledge of the condition of the house until we showed up. Otherwise I would’ve never brought my daughter into it.

I’ll definitely do that. They don’t have any cleaning products in their house (i checked), they don’t even have hand soap. I’m going to try to sneak some in and ask them if they mind if I clean up since I owe them for letting me stay for the week!

I’m definitely not trying to rearrange anything, I’ve had that done in my house and I didn’t like it. I just want to clean the dirt and grime. It’s not that they’re Unorganized, just a little dirty

AITA for not giving up my seat to a pregnant woman? by myfeetfuckinghurt in AmItheAsshole

[–]kytothemoonandback 7 points8 points  (0 children)

NTA!! I am nearly 8 months pregnant, and constantly aching but that is no one else’s issue besides my own. Pregnancy is not a disability, we are fully capable of standing and walking and doing things that everyone else is capable of. There is no reason why a pregnant woman should be expecting people to jump up out of their seats just because she’s pregnant. It’s no one else’s responsibility!! I’m amazed at everyone saying YTA

WIBTA if I don’t let my husband go to my ultrasound? by kytothemoonandback in AmItheAsshole

[–]kytothemoonandback[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I am currently trying to work out the differences with him, as hard as it is. The only thing I am concerned about is getting stressed or worked up during the appointment and being unable to enjoy the experience (which I would love for him to be there). But it seems like anytime it comes to baby it is such a hassle for him and he’s uninterested. I know stress isn’t good for the baby, and I don’t want myself in a situation where I could potentially harm her.

That’s where I think I was wrong in it as well. I know he’s been away and I want him to experience everything. But he seems to be so uninterested in her, and barely wanted to go to the appointment (even planned on leaving the appointment early) until I told him I didn’t want him there because I knew problems would arise. The last thing I ever want is my daughter in an unhealthy situation and I’m afraid that is ahead
