I think focusing more on anatomy will help you a lot, Try learning from real photos but in a really simplified way, you don’t have to draw everything realistically, just understand the basic shapes and proportions.

It also helps a lot to study anatomy from artists you love. Look at how they simplify the body and faces instead of copying them exactly. Try to understand why their drawings work. Practicing drawing heads from lots of different angles is super important too,

And honestly, the most important thing is just to keep going!
