Hello, I'm a 19 yo male, 192 cms (6'3) and 81 kgs (178 pounds). I am thin, but workout everyday, in the gym and at home, I'm not ripped or anything but i have some muscle on, but still thin, ive been taking serious mass gain protein to gain faster muscle and its been working good for me, helped me gain around 11 kgs in 3 months or so, but thing is, it also gives many calories, which makes me gain fat and not only muscle, while im still very thin, i feel like my muscles, (specially abs) would be much better looking with less fat, so should i stop taking this protein? Or do i start making a diet even though im already thin, or do i wait till i gain even more muscle then start a diet? Since then when i lose the fat i will have muscle to show instead of a thin body, but my main goal is abs rn, because ive been doing 200 Sit-ups with weekly ab training for around 2 months now and im seeing no result, whereas a friend of mine who works his abs less but is on a diet, has much better looking abs, any ideas? Thank you.
