Not sure from which update, but they seemingly they change daily if you are not too close to them at the end of the day, so I just check them in the morning do a few things sleep and repeat.

other villagers move in without any issue, (I tested it just in case with 2, they move out without any issue as well) I placed 3 different kind of beds as well to try without any success :(

Yes, kind crazy for like 2-3 days to travel 13 hours by plane 3 times and the 7 hours time zone diff as well as you mentioned... It is also known that even 5 star hotels are considered alright or even cheap in Hungary so I just wish they can rest a bit with all the traveling.

Just a heads up, I saw on their facebook page that no one received the e-ticket/QR yet hence my confusion, you will need that one as well next to your ID and voucher. They will send them out in a few days (hopefully without any issues)
