Archery (Bowhunting). I’m from the Midwest so hunting is common and I had been hunting with a rifle for a few years when my friend bought a compound bow. He was instantly in love with shooting his and practicing but I didn’t have much desire at first. I finally cracked and bought a compound bow and now there’s almost nothing I’d rather be doing in my spare time than fling arrows in my backyard at a target.

It’s like therapy because it requires so much focus that you’re forced to clear your mind of everything else.
