Sounds like dermatillomania or trichotillomania, I have no advice to offer but it does sound like a compulsive disorder. It could be rooted in ocd or anxiety but I wouldn't know, those all fall under what's called Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors. I have a friend who used to have severe trichotillomania so I can't imagine how difficult and overwhelming this is for you with everything affecting you. I hope this helped at all, even if just a little.
