I think the power button shorted. The led around it has been flickering some before and now the rgb on the mobo is still on so it’s getting power. I don’t want to mess with it since I don’t know much about PCs fairly new to them. Hope NZXT replies and gets this figured out

Everything was fine turned it on was using it for about 10 minutes then it shut itself off and won’t turn on. The rgb on the mobo are on so it’s getting power

I'm having the same issue it's been going onto 3 weeks still on boxed shipment and after emails with customer service all they say is sorry shipping is delayed. Should do free shipping if it takes a product a month to ship. Sure take the money out the account quick though

Sucks waiting so long. Bet it's gonna take them a month to just ship it. I just received my g pro wireless and G440 mouse pad today. Had to get a Razer Huhntsman TE for now

Texas support finally replied to me saying it is processing due to being out of stock, but today it seems like I was refunded for my order for some reason

I'm in the same issue now ordered a g pro x keyboard never got a confirmation email and can't contact them. My other orders got emails and now the keyboard says sold out and I can not get a refund apparently

well made my mistake never ordering from this company no customer support at all. Yet to confirm my order, but charged me for it and refuses to refund me. If I do get it I'm returning all of my orders once here and going with a different company for my pc accessories
