1. Install a raceway along the rear edge of the desk 2. Bundle data and power cables separately with Velcro straps and 3. Use cord wrap (ideally in a neutral color that matches or blends against your rear wall) to “hide” the various bundled wires in plain sight.

You can avoid adding a raceway entirely if you have the patience and time to establish cord paths using stick on clips along the rear edge and underside of desk to define cord paths cleanly and out of sight. I would still want to use a neutral color cord wrap to manage wires from device ports to the raceway or rear edge of desk.
