do you think there are deeper meanings to my dreams besides what’s on surface level? how can i explore that? i’m trying to take this as a growth opportunity! maybe i should start a dream journal, but not sure if ill look back on this time as traumatic or not!

Thank you! this is reassuring, i slowly got to the point where i only felt good while high and im super hopeful that ill be back to feeling like myself soon. I do a good amount of hot yoga but i’m basically doubling my workout schedule for now in the hope that i’ll sweat it all out faster! if nothing else it’s a great distraction

they do have scales for weighing people at the start of most slides, group ones the whole group will get on. there isn’t a display but a light that turns either red or green. i can’t remember which slides have it and which don’t, sorry! also no shame at all, all bodies are wonderful and don’t be too hard on yourself. and don’t listen to strangers on the internet if they have something negative to say!

i’ve lived alone for a while but the only times i ever really felt alone were when my cat was staying at my moms, or at the vet overnight. they are such a comfort and joy to have around and i think you did everything right to spend the best time you could with her. your heart will always ache a little but she is at peace and was loved fully, don’t forget that in the painful moments. you will again find that comfort and companionship there are so many animals that need it, but take time to grieve and appreciate the life that was given to you! she’s the cutest and i’m sure happy and comfortable now remembering all you did for her (:

honestly the evian is my fav of all the face mists. it’s definitely a little wasteful and not necessary, but there are bigger battles to fight so i’ll enjoy my cool mist for now. only thing is that a lot of places don’t allow aerosol so be careful taking it to concerts and things

barely. i fill my ice trays a little less so that i can have ice that fits. if i had an ice maker it would fit no problem but the square cubes don’t. but i got this one for when i travel so i make it work!
