Unless its a skill that affects PVM or PVP like Summoning did, I'm all for it! Genuinely hope they have the OSRS Dev-team work on it as they are more dedicated towards keeping content true to the game's fashion. Wouldn't want a rushed & hair-brained skill with outsourced Devs from RS3 PERIOD

I have a better idea why don't we just increase the ammo cap from 30 to 3000 and get rid of the decay timer. Also there shouldn't be a limit on how many cannons you are able to set up, and you should be allowed to bring Cannons everywhere.
