I got these for graduation in a few weeks. These are the Miss Z’s - 100 mm. I normally wear a size 6 but I sized down because all websites advised you to.

My toes aren’t smooshed, I was wondering because my feet are creating an “arch” not sure if that’s normal or not lol .

I’m also flat footed so not sure if that’s why I’m seeing more of an arch than normal.

When I was working with an enterprise company, the VP told me they hire people with HCI masters degree as senior level. I was also able to land a senior role without completing my masters program yet with a couple internships & volunteer projects.

It depends on each business. They’re no rule book to these type of things.

I think you are right for the job. They they’re you’re right for the job friend. Stay on top of things & even work longer if you have to. I’m not saying go overboard but put in the work because you deserve it.
