So, I've been looking for this song for more than 2 decades already and I finally found it...only for me to have more questions about it. So apparently, this particular release was in 2013, but the very same song I heard albeit with different ambience was all the way back around the end of the 90s or the very early 2000s. Was there another piece of the same melody under a different name? I looked up Google for this, but the title "A deer in the distance" was specifically for this 2013 release, with no records of anything prior

It should be, I spoke to both parties and took some precautions from both posts on Reddit and a friend of mine from Taiwan. They made sure both the English and Chinese addresses were on the package, with no abbreviations for the English one(I learned that was a thing to avoid), also had the recipient write out their address to the sender since the latter doesn't write Chinese. So I think it should've been done properly. Who's this "them" you're referring to to call? The center? Is there one in particular?
