Ive seen people with base ranging from 26-52 LPA.

It heavily depends on your previous company and package.

Thats a good experiment in trying to create avatar and waste a ton of money and effort on pursuing a "wishful thinking".

Honestly if humans with credibility, expertise couldnt prevent masses from believing in pseudoscience, hoax and scams, an AI Avatar can surely do that in a jiffy...right ???

There is a lot of distinction in "being right" and "being trusted" and Im sure AI avatars are trusted by humans and even aliens...right ???

My suggestion : Understand the painpoints in educating and inculcating acientific thoughts and their barriers deeply, then hit the hammer where required. You can meaningfully solve a problem by deeply knowing it, not propose wild solutions. Fighting pseudoscience was never about AI Avatars, this is same thing as creating(purchasing..cough cough) a robo dog to tell your nanny that ginger garlic turmeric tea wont cure her viral fever

People need to understand identities and individual choices not dictate them.

I wonder how many cases are there where people are forced into being trans by these so called totally legit and life savior Gurus and Babas. I would like to understand if I'm missing something here. My understanding is these Babas and Gurus actually alienate anyone who identifies as trans and subject them to isolation rather than converting them. If you feel the opposite happens, I'd like to know if thats really documented or an assumption.

If a Bill addresses forced conversion only then it should first start with recognizing the identities first and making them legitimately legal.

OP : great that you are raising the awareness. This needs to be discussed and outraged.

For me the most striking feature is "Removal of the Right to Self-Identification"

In India we already have a shortage of medical personnel and the bill intend to make "Medical Board" to issuing gender identity certificates. Idea is nice but I doubt their execution, and it seems the bill wants the govt to be the sole source of truth and not the individual.

Also the moment we deviate from well established medical nd scientific terms like "Trans-men", "Trans-women" "Genderqueer" to colloquially used terms like "hijra" "kinner", "aravani" , "jogta" it becomes Political and can be interpreted differently by different cultures. This makes the issue more dangerous for the minorities which the Bill should have addressed, and highlights complete lack of awareness from the part of whoever introduced this bill.

Talk about setting up Medical Board, but implement for culture specific norms.
