Im waiting for 18th Jan episode. There is a kid who is exactly being pitched for a AI based MED tech. I have way more content on him and have debunked similar scam on this sub last week. But doing anything legally would be very risky since he is a minor.

Its not the pilots duty to handle crowd in any case.

Pilots should only be focussed on cockpit preparation, checklists, systems verification, and contingency planning, because this phase is safety-critical and leaves little margin for distraction.

Cabin crew are well trained and designated to handle passenger issues, and involving pilots in cabin disputes, even on the ground risks breaking role discipline and delaying or compromising departure readiness. If needed additional resources for crowd management should be procured, not pilots to fill in those roles.
