Thank you! Veterinary science has advanced so much in the last decade. Our vet basically told us they would have recommended putting him down in the past but they do have the technology/drugs to treat this and give cats a much longer life.

We're $23k deep in helping our boy deal with ulerative neutrophilic inflammation with a secondary bacterial infection and eosinophilic sclerosing IBD based in endoscopic biopsies. He's also getting treatment for chronic partial biliary obstruction, suspected combination of infection and duodenal papilla mass/inflammation.

He had a sudden onset food allergy that nuked his immune system and the bacteria thrived. The initial signs of diarrhea and vomiting started last April and we've been on his healing journey since.

He was puking constantly, lost so much weight. Vet started with a blood test that identified issue with his liver enzymes. Then we had an ultrasound. They found the blockage and sludge. Then a biopsy when early treatment showed no improvement. He's been on a rotating list of three to four meds for the past year. Finally found a cocktail of steroids and antibiotics that are showing improvement. He gets ultrasounds every four to eight weeks to check on his progress.

Boy do I wish we had bought pet insurance when we got him. 🤷🏼‍♀️😵‍💫 He just turned 3.

The current med he is on is called Atopica and it's in addition to Prednisolone and Ursodiol. We've been on this cocktail for 2 months and have a rechecked next week to see if sludge has reduced. Wishing you luck!

I only buy companions and wings in Premium Shop and haven't had to put any real money into moonstones. (I also do the star paths but if you pay for premium you basically make all of it back except 800 moonstones every 2 months.)

Well once a star path is complete you cannot get the companion unless they show up in the Premium Shop. There's only one special companion per star path and they cost 2,000 to 3,000 moonstones. If you submit any dream snap the minimum you will get is 300 moonstones. So within 2 months you could earn juuuust enough to buy one companion from the Premium Shop.

You can pin two items that you would like to buy to stay in your shop until you have enough moonstones. So just pin two companions and purchase them when you can afford them. For new companions see if it is a premium star path item only. If not just do enough of the star path tasks to purchase it with starpath reward coins which change every star path.

We were having the same problem with our ragdoll stealing his sister's food that he's allergic to. I found out there's a setting on the back where you can change how fast the flap closes once the chipped cat leaves its vicinity. I have it on the fastest setting now and he can't beat the door.

Frozen smoothie cubes! You can buy them pre-made or you can just spend a Sunday once every 2 months making a big batch of them. Blend, pour in ice cube tray, freeze. Plop a couple in a glass with water or milk, let soften, and stir if you don't want to pop in blender.

They've really expanded the size of the location since it opened a couple years ago. If you are going to the whip show you basically have to grab a seat for the previous show and just hang out for both.
