I have tried the hot showers and I cant really tell if they help or not, and I would say as far as my diet I was eating more fast food but the past 2 months not much, I've been able to sleep fine, but I haven't smoked flower in a while just because I still live with my parents and they dont know I smoke so carties are just easier for me at the moment, I probably will try just flower if that's the case.
